Jealous

Just found a Cafe Rio with a Drive-Thru in Cedar City and am totally jealous.

Will definitely miss that place in Texas.

M is for Mayer

Just finished these. The M for our bookcase.


And the L for Lilly's door. I think they both turned out really well and I really like them both. And they were really easy. Just a little paint, some paper and mod podge.

In other news, Lilly and Squirt were thugging it out today. Too cute.

On a perfectly normal day...

Today is May 24th, a perfectly normal day here in Provo, Utah, the desert. We are getting ready to head down to Zion's National Park this weekend for some more desert fun and adventure, but wait! What is this? Perhaps we should be bringing skiis and snowboards instead of hiking boots, because it is freakn' snowing!!!

Yeah that's right. 7 days till June and it is snowing. What is up with that?

Back in Town

Well we returned from Houston on Sunday. We had a great time. Some of the things we enjoyed on our short trip included...

~Prunes (for Lilly. She was having troubles in the diaper department and so she tried out some prunes. She loved them but I will mention that they truly do work and we then had quite the mess later on)

~Snuggles with Grandma. and Grandpa and Great-Grandma and Aunt Melanie. Enough said.

~Twinkle. Fun to play with, fun to tease. "Squirrel!"

~The pool. Lilly really enjoyed splashing her feet around in the water. Though she never actually went all the way in. It wasn't really warm enough for her yet. Next time though.

(I love this picture. It looks like she is screaming but really she was yawning.)

~The Boat. We made it out to the lake one day and it was perfect, though a little choppy making it very difficult to get up on the wakeboard.

(Lilly enjoyed her time at the lake on the beach with Bestemor (Grandma). She enjoyed herself and didn't even miss Mommy)

~Playing with new toys and being the center of attention 24-7 (Lilly again, if you couldn't guess)

(Again trying to grab the camera but I just love her face. Too cute)

Houston Here We Come

Kjære Bestemor, Bestefar og Tante Melanie,

Jeg gleder meg til å komme på besøk i dag! Jeg forberedet meg til og med ved å teste ut min nye Peapod. Den er stilig, og jeg elsker den. Det er som å gå på camping inne.

(I am soo excited to come see you today! I even got ready by testing out my new Peapod. It is awesome and I love it. It is like camping indoors.)

I liker også å se på tv gjennom åpningene. Gleder meg til å se dere!

Playing on the Couch
