Next Monday...

I will begin work at Nu Skin. For those who hadn't heard yet, I was offered a job at Nu Skin as a Regulatory Specialist. That means I get to deal with the law... they make personal care products and also dietary supplements and they are very international so I get to make sure they are following the different countries' laws basically. It is definitely an upgrade from being a lunch lady. Forty hours a week, awesome benefits, right on Center Street in Provo, and it is pretty closely related to what I studied. I really liked the Food Regulation course I took at BYU so this is pretty much on the same page.


On a related note, I offically quit as a cook for the Provo School District today. Which also happened to be my very first day since I finished training. I felt a little bad quitting after only working for 3 weeks but you do what you have to.
